How do 3D model generator credits work?

Every generation costs a fixed number of credits, set by the engine and by whether you start from an image or from text. The generator shows the cost before you start. For example, TRELLIS 2 costs 120 credits per model, TRELLIS costs 8 and Hunyuan 3D 3.1 Pro costs 150.

Which credit plan should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Choose by how many models you make. Counting TRELLIS 2 models on monthly billing, Starter covers about 8 a month, Creator about 23 and Pro about 48. Yearly plans have the lowest price per credit, and one-time packs suit occasional projects.

What's the difference between monthly, yearly and one-time plans?

Monthly plans renew every month with a fresh batch of credits. Yearly plans are paid once a year, cost at least 40% less than twelve months of the same plan and grant the whole year's credits up front. One-time packs are bought once, never renew and stay valid for 365 days.

Do credits expire?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each billing month and yearly plan credits at the end of the year. One-time pack credits expire 365 days after purchase. Your balance and expiry dates are in Settings → Credits.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel in Settings → Billing and the plan stays active, with its credits, until the end of the period you paid for. It then stops renewing and you are not charged again.

Do I lose credits if a generation fails?

Accepted Answer

No. Credits are taken when a generation starts and go back to your balance automatically if it fails, times out or the engine returns no model. You only pay for runs that deliver a 3D model, and each refund shows in your credit history.

Can I try it before paying?

Accepted Answer

You can start with the free browser tools: converters such as GLB to STL and 3MF to STL, plus the STL and GLB viewers. They need no account and upload nothing. Generating a new 3D model needs sign-in and credits from a plan or pack, and you see the cost before you start.

Can I use the 3D models commercially?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the engine. Each one has its own licence: some are released under the MIT licence, others follow their provider's terms, and Tencent's Hunyuan 3D licence has territory terms. Check the licence on the engine's page before commercial use. Your uploads remain yours.

Can I buy a credit pack on top of a subscription?

Yes. Credits from plans and packs share one balance, and each batch keeps its own expiry date. A one-time pack is a simple way to top up in a busy month without moving to a bigger plan.

How much does an AI 3D model cost to generate?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on the engine and your plan. Each engine has a fixed credit cost per model; the table above shows its price per model from the cheapest plan to the priciest, and every plan card shows its own. Failed runs cost nothing.
